  • • As an Executive Assistant / Office Manager at Teneo Holdings LLC in Wellington, you will provide high-quality executive support to senior leadership while ensuring operational efficiency and a professional office environment, playing a critical role in supporting the firm’s Financial Advisory business following the acquisition of PwC’s New Zealand Restructuring practice.
  • • Day to day, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and itineraries, handle inbox and communication follow-up, prepare and proofread documents and presentations, process expenses and invoices, support billing and timesheet activities, maintain CRM systems, organize client and internal events, and provide front-of-house support including meeting room management, refreshments, mail handling, and office supplies oversight.
  • • You will join a growing team of 24 professionals in Teneo’s New Zealand Financial Advisory business, which delivers integrated senior-led services across insolvency, restructuring, and advisory to clients nationwide and in the Asia-Pacific region, with a culture focused on continuous improvement and team-oriented collaboration.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced executive support and office management skills, gain exposure to high-stakes financial advisory processes, strengthen your ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and build relationships with senior leaders while contributing to operational improvements and technology adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years’ experience in an office administration and executive support role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • • Experience supporting billing processes, timesheet submission and month-end activities
