  • • As part of the recent acquisition of PwC’s New Zealand Restructuring practice, TeneoLink has created a new Executive Assistant / Office Manager role that provides high-quality executive support to senior leadership and plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and a professional office environment in Wellington.
  • • Day to day, the person will manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and inbox coordination for senior leaders; handle insolvency administration tasks such as pre-appointment processes, creditor claim registration, and case-specific email monitoring; maintain office operations including front-of-house support, meeting room management, supplies, health and safety compliance, and liaison with building management; and assist with business development, CRM maintenance, invoice processing, and cross-office coordination with Australian teams.
  • • The team is part of Teneo’s Financial Advisory business in New Zealand, established through the acquisition of PwC New Zealand’s Business Restructuring team, currently comprising 24 professionals and expected to grow, with deep expertise in restructuring and insolvency and an established presence across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch serving clients throughout New Zealand and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
  • • The person can learn and achieve mastery in supporting senior leadership within a global CEO advisory firm, gain exposure to high-stakes financial advisory and restructuring processes, develop advanced office management and operational improvement skills, and contribute to the implementation of new technologies and processes while building strong relationships across senior leadership and corporate functions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years’ experience in an office administration and executive support role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • • Experience supporting billing processes, timesheet submission and month-end activities
