  • • Executive Assistant at Tempo Labs Inc. in San Francisco, serving as the connective tissue between leadership, schedules, systems, and the physical office to enable smooth operations during rapid scaling.
  • • Own day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendor management, facilities coordination, and office organization while supporting legal and people teams with workflow systems.
  • • Manage complex and varying executive schedules using Google Calendar and Google Suite, acting as a first communication stop and gatekeeper for leadership.
  • • Coordinate travel arrangements (air, ground, hotel) and accommodations for executives and external partners, including Paradigm support.
  • • Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, chase signatures, and contribute to internal databases to push projects across the finish line.
  • • Plan and execute internal and external meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics and minimal overhead as the team grows.
  • • Handle expenses, reimbursements, and administrative workflows with high integrity and discretion.
  • • Support strategic and operational execution by anticipating needs, reducing friction, and enabling leadership to focus on building Tempo’s blockchain infrastructure.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment wearing multiple hats, taking pride in running a tight ship with a people-oriented, detail-focused mindset.
  • • Collaborate with a mission-driven team of crypto-optimists building infrastructure for real-world economic flows onchain, backed by design partners like Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience, ideally direct executive admin support with experience supporting multiple leaders in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a diplomatic and professional demeanor at all times.
  • • Fluent in Google Office platforms and Microsoft Office, with proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks.
  • • High levels of integrity and discretion, exceptional attention to detail, and adaptability in rapidly changing circumstances.
  • • Evidence of grit: ability to adapt and overcome in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
  • • Strong listening skills, clear and concise communication in both 1:1 and public settings, and an affinity for or interest in crypto markets.
