- ⢠As an Executive Assistant to the CFO at Branch Financial, Inc., you will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Financial Officer, enabling her to focus on high-impact strategic work by managing complex priorities, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Your role is critical in maintaining organizational efficiency, safeguarding confidential information, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive the companyās mission to make insurance more accessible through data, technology, and automation.
- ⢠You will manage the CFOās complex calendar and scheduling, ensuring time is allocated to the highest-impact activities; coordinate commercial insurance renewals for multiple independent companies; lead the setup of HR processes for open positions in Finance, Accounting, and Actuarial departments under the CFOās direction; organize internal and external meetings with full logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up; support travel planning and expense management with precision; prepare decision-ready documents, presentations, and meeting materials; track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track; partner cross-functionally to align teams and share information; exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, and time-sensitive information; identify and implement process improvements to increase administrative efficiency; support team events, department meetings, and operational initiatives as needed; and provide occasional support to other executive leaders as capacity allows.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠At least 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or similar role
- ⢠Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion
- ⢠Proficiency with common business tools and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and calendar management systems
- ⢠Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses with accuracy and efficiency
