📋 Description

• Executive Assistant to Senior Director, Data, Analytics, & AI at RTX, supporting a senior leader in a critical function driving aerospace and defense innovation through data and AI initiatives.
• Manage communications, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and special projects to ensure efficient operation of the Senior Director’s office.
• Part of Raytheon Digital Technology - Program Digital Services (PDS), a division of RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company with 185,000 employees focused on solving complex global challenges.
• Develop expertise in executive support within a high-stakes, matrixed organization, build cross-functional relationships, and contribute to mission-critical operations while gaining exposure to senior leadership and Digital Technology strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• AA/AS degree or equivalent experience with minimum 6 years of relevant EA experience supporting executive or senior leadership
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• U.S. citizenship required; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
