- • Serve as the strategic right hand to the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer (CCMO) who leads Freshworks’ global Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, Digital Implementation, Support, and Customer Experience (CX) organizations. You will be entrusted with confidential, high-impact initiatives that directly influence brand equity, ARR growth, customer onboarding excellence, and world-class support delivery.
- • Own the CCMO’s calendar like a product roadmap—prioritizing customer-facing engagements, internal leadership touchpoints, and cross-functional collaborations across time zones in the US, EMEA, and APAC. You will build a nuanced understanding of Freshworks’ strategic goals, competitive landscape, and cultural rhythm to ensure every hour advances the company’s most critical outcomes.
- • Act as the primary liaison between the CCMO and the Integrated Customer Group (ICG) leadership team, Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, and other CXOs. You will translate strategic priorities into executable meeting agendas, crisp pre-reads, and follow-up actions that keep global stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- • Anticipate shifting priorities and orchestrate work-back plans for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual operating plan (AOP) cycles, board meetings, and SKOs. You will proactively flag dependencies, surface risks, and secure resources so the CCMO can focus on decision-making rather than logistics.
- • Draft, review, and refine executive communications—emails, board decks, customer briefs, and internal memos—with flawless grammar, brand voice, and data integrity. You will ensure every message is tailored to its audience, whether it’s a Fortune 500 CIO or a newly hired SDR in Manila.
- • Coordinate complex global travel itineraries that balance customer visits, industry conferences, and internal leadership summits while optimizing for cost, carbon footprint, and executive wellness. You will manage visas, ground transport, and contingency plans so the CCMO arrives focused and energized.
- • Plan and execute high-touch events including global customer advisory boards, marketing roadshows, and ICG all-hands sessions. You will partner with internal events, creative, and field marketing teams to secure venues, manage budgets, and curate agendas that foster engagement and measurable pipeline impact.
- • Handle highly confidential information—M&A discussions, customer escalations, compensation data—with absolute discretion and sound judgment. You will establish secure workflows and clear protocols so sensitive material is protected yet accessible to authorized stakeholders.
- • Onboard new executive hires within the ICG org by coordinating interview loops, offer logistics, first-week agendas, and 30-60-90-day checklists. You will serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring every leader feels welcomed, equipped, and aligned to Freshworks’ values.
- • Champion continuous improvement by documenting playbooks, automating repetitive tasks, and piloting new collaboration tools. You will measure your own impact through metrics like time-to-decision, meeting NPS, and executive satisfaction, iterating relentlessly to raise the bar.
