  • • Serve as the strategic right hand to the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer (CCMO) at Freshworks Inc., orchestrating the day-to-day operations of a globally distributed, 1,000-plus-person Integrated Customer Group (ICG) that spans Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, Digital Implementation, Support, and Customer Experience. You will be the invisible force that keeps the CCMO laser-focused on accelerating ARR growth, elevating brand equity, and delivering world-class onboarding and support experiences.
  • • Own and optimize the CCMO’s calendar like a product roadmap—balancing high-stakes customer meetings, board prep, QBRs, SKOs, earnings calls, and employee-facing forums across San Mateo, Bellevue, EMEA, and APAC. You will apply ruthless prioritization, ensuring every slot advances strategic objectives and protects deep-work time for decision-making and thought leadership.
  • • Act as the primary interface between the CCMO and the Integrated Customer Group leadership team, Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, and the broader CXO suite. You will translate complex, cross-functional requests into crisp agendas, pre-reads, and decision frameworks so that every interaction yields clear next steps and measurable outcomes.
  • • Anticipate and neutralize friction before it surfaces—whether that means re-routing a customer escalation, securing last-minute board-meeting data, or re-sequencing travel to accommodate a sudden product-launch fire-drill. Your judgment and discretion will safeguard the CCMO’s bandwidth and reputation.
  • • Build and maintain a living knowledge base of stakeholder maps, customer priorities, and internal OKRs so that you can answer questions on the CCMO’s behalf, prep talking points, and brief executives in real time. You will become the institutional memory for the office of the CCMO.
  • • Drive flawless execution of global events: leadership summits, quarterly business reviews, sales kick-offs, customer advisory boards, and marquee marketing conferences. You will partner with internal events, creative, and field teams to lock venues, craft run-of-show documents, manage budgets, and ensure every attendee—from Fortune-500 CIOs to early-career SDRs—has a seamless experience.
  • • Produce board-level presentations, investor-relations briefs, and all-hands decks that distill complex data into crisp narratives. You will coordinate inputs from RevOps, Finance, Product, and regional GMs, then weave them into visually compelling stories that inspire confidence and action.
  • • Shepherd confidential initiatives such as M&A due-diligence tours, executive hiring loops, and re-org communications. You will manage NDAs, candidate travel, interview schedules, and onboarding logistics while maintaining airtight confidentiality.
  • • Champion a culture of operational excellence across the EA community at Freshworks. You will co-create shared calendaring standards, cross-CXO offsite agendas, and executive communications templates that scale as the company grows.
  • • Leverage technology to automate routine workflows—think Calendly round-robins for customer briefings, Asana templates for QBR planning, and Slack workflows for leadership-team stand-ups—freeing cognitive space for higher-order strategic work.
