  • • As an Executive Business Partner (EBP) within OpenAI's Creative Partnerships team in New York City, you will serve as a critical strategic advisor and operational linchpin for an executive operating at the dynamic intersection of partnerships, culture, and global influence. This pivotal role is designed to amplify leadership effectiveness by meticulously managing complex scheduling, orchestrating high-profile external engagements, and providing comprehensive operational support for a fast-moving, externally-facing portfolio. You will be instrumental in ensuring our executive can dedicate their focus to high-impact initiatives, driving success and achieving key milestones through proactive anticipation of needs, streamlining of processes, and the cultivation of strong, trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your contribution will be essential in navigating the complexities of the partnerships landscape, ensuring seamless execution and fostering long-term, impactful collaborations that shape how OpenAI's groundbreaking technology is introduced and adopted across various industries.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide array of strategic and operational tasks. You will be the primary manager of a complex and dynamic executive calendar, expertly coordinating meetings, travel, and events with meticulous attention to detail, often involving multiple time zones and high-profile individuals. A significant part of your role will involve the coordination and logistical management of high-visibility engagements, including external meetings, conferences, and partnership events, ensuring all aspects are flawlessly executed. You will act as a gatekeeper and strategic filter for the executive's time and communications, prioritizing requests and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will proactively identify and address potential operational bottlenecks, developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the executive's workflow and the broader partnerships team. This includes anticipating needs, preparing necessary materials for meetings and engagements, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed promptly. You will also be responsible for managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication. Your role will extend to supporting the executive in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, providing a stable operational foundation in a rapidly evolving environment. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes and best practices within the Executive Operations and Partnerships teams, ensuring scalability and excellence as the company grows.
  • • You will be an integral part of the Executive Operations team, a group of dedicated professionals who act as trusted advisors and collaborators to OpenAI's executives and leaders. This team is characterized by its focus on strong communication, operational excellence, and a shared commitment to elevating leadership impact and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with other Executive Business Partners, sharing insights and best practices to ensure a cohesive and high-performing support structure across the organization. The Partnerships team, with whom you will work closely, operates at the critical intersection of strategy and relationship-building, dedicated to shaping the external perception and adoption of OpenAI's technology. This team is known for its ability to navigate high-visibility engagements and build enduring, trusted relationships with key external stakeholders, contributing significantly to OpenAI's global influence and market presence.
  • • In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and hone your skills in executive support within a cutting-edge technology company at the forefront of AI innovation. You will gain invaluable experience in managing operations at the nexus of technology, partnerships, and global influence, working with public figures and high-visibility external stakeholders. This position offers significant exposure to strategic decision-making processes and the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of high-impact initiatives. You will learn to navigate complex organizational dynamics, build robust relationships across diverse teams and external entities, and develop a sophisticated understanding of the AI landscape and its implications for various industries. The role provides a platform for professional growth, allowing you to enhance your capabilities in operational excellence, strategic planning, and executive communication, ultimately preparing you for future leadership opportunities within a rapidly expanding and transformative organization.
