- • As an Executive Casino Host at BetMGM, you will drive casino profitability by building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-end VIP players, directly contributing to revenue growth and customer retention in a fast-paced, regulated online gaming environment.
- • Day to day, you will engage VIPs through personalized communication, manage player databases, host hospitality events, monitor betting behavior, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while identifying opportunities to increase player value and loyalty.
- • BetMGM is a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain Group, operating leading brands like BetMGM Casino, Borgata Online, and Party Poker, with over 1,400 employees dedicated to innovation in sports betting and online gaming across the U.S. and Canada.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in VIP relationship management, gaming compliance, data-driven decision making, and luxury hospitality service, positioning yourself for advancement in the high-stakes world of premium gaming and customer experience leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma preferred in a related field
- • Proven experience in digital or land-based gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury hospitality, or account management
- • Strong relationship-building skills, computer literacy (especially Excel), excellent communication and telephone etiquette, detail-oriented with effective time management and ability to work under pressure
