- • Lead a team of Business Development Directors focused on Central Lab Services to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
- • Manage, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent, ensuring diverse hiring and continuous professional growth.
- • Assign and oversee client accounts and geographic territories, aligning team efforts with global sales objectives.
- • Conduct quarterly reviews of team account plans to ensure strategic alignment and performance optimization.
- • Partner with sales leaders across business units to identify and execute joint client opportunities and expand market presence.
- • Monitor and control team operating expenses while maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.
- • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal operational partners to support client delivery and service integration.
- • Utilize SFDC to manage sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and key performance metrics across the team.
- • Gather, analyze, and communicate market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and team productivity.
- • Deliver consistent team sales performance against established targets through data-driven leadership and accountability.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
- • Influence and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure to align cross-departmental priorities.
- • Motivate and inspire global teams through clear communication, recognition, and development-focused leadership.
- • Travel as required to support client engagements, team oversight, and internal meetings, including overnight travel and coordination across time zones.
- • Maintain strong leadership presence through exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- • 10 years' experience selling services to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations with executive-level client interaction
