Executive Director, Business Development - U.S. - Remote

📋 Description

• • The Executive Director, Business Development is responsible for managing Account Directors in North America and representing Worldwide Clinical Trials to key accounts to establish long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships and partnerships, directly contributing to the company’s sales growth and overall objectives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving sales objectives through proactive client engagement, developing territory and account strategies, collaborating with internal Operations teams, assisting in marketing plan execution, delivering client benefit presentations, identifying opportunities for new service development, monitoring competitor intelligence, ensuring CRM updates by Account Directors, participating in proposal development and pricing discussions, engaging senior management in major business agreements, devising innovative solutions, acting as a client advocate to uphold company mission and values, adhering to safety guidelines, and traveling as required throughout the assigned territory and nationally.
