  • • Keyrock NV is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director of Corporate Sales to join our dynamic team in London. This pivotal role serves as a deputy to the Managing Director of Global Corporate Sales, offering a unique opportunity to shape and drive our global commercial strategy within the rapidly evolving digital asset markets.
  • • As a key player in our expansion, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with high-value corporate counterparties. This includes engaging with token issuers, blockchain foundations, sophisticated funds, major exchanges, and other institutional market participants. Your primary focus will be on originating and closing complex deals that leverage Keyrock’s expertise in market-making, derivatives, and liquidity provision.
  • • You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, meticulously tracking progress from initial engagement through to successful deal closure. This involves leading intricate commercial discussions, understanding the unique needs of each counterparty, and tailoring Keyrock’s offerings to meet those demands.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves strategic account ownership. You will act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for a dedicated portfolio of key corporate clients. The goal is to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships by deeply understanding client objectives, aligning them with our advanced trading and liquidity solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • • Proactive client engagement is crucial. You will maintain continuous dialogue with clients to anticipate their evolving needs, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services, and ensure their ongoing success and loyalty.
  • • This position requires close collaboration with our internal trading, research, and product development teams. You will work hand-in-hand with these departments to conceptualize and design bespoke solutions that address the specific challenges and opportunities faced by our corporate clients.
  • • You will actively identify avenues to expand existing client relationships by introducing and integrating our derivatives offerings, sophisticated liquidity programs, and customized market-making models. Furthermore, you will contribute to the ideation and development of new commercial initiatives, ensuring Keyrock remains at the forefront of market demand and innovation.
  • • A critical component of your role will involve conducting thorough market intelligence and fundamental analysis. This includes evaluating blockchain projects, understanding token economics, and analyzing emerging ecosystems to accurately assess the strategic relevance and potential of partnership opportunities.
  • • You will leverage a combination of financial data, on-chain analytics, and market intelligence to rigorously evaluate potential counterparties and inform our commercial strategy. Your insights and recommendations will be vital in guiding partnership decisions and shaping our go-to-market approach.
  • • As a strategic partner to the MD of Global Corporate Sales, you will play a significant role in defining go-to-market priorities, managing high-stakes strategic accounts, and contributing to the overall development and scaling of the corporate sales function.
  • • You will also contribute to the broader sales organization by mentoring junior team members, disseminating best practices, and providing guidance on structuring complex and innovative deals.
  • • Your responsibilities may extend to representing the corporate sales function in critical cross-functional initiatives and participating in selected external engagements, further enhancing Keyrock’s market presence and reputation.
  • • This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the financial services or digital asset sectors. A strong grasp of derivatives, trading concepts, and market structure, ideally gained from direct experience with trading desks or derivative products, is essential.
  • • Deep familiarity with the nuances of digital asset markets, including token ecosystems, liquidity dynamics, and the specific needs of token issuers and blockchain foundations, is a prerequisite. You should possess a demonstrated history of successfully engaging with these key market participants.
  • • The ability to autonomously originate and close complex commercial agreements in fast-paced, dynamic market environments is paramount. You must possess strong analytical capabilities, including the proficiency to assess token economics, liquidity requirements, and the market positioning of various digital assets.
  • • We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build and maintain strong, lasting connections with our institutional clients.
