- • This role operates under the guidance of the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Programs & Partners, ensuring that all interactions with key figures in police, defence, and government sectors are meticulously prepared, professionally conducted, and effectively followed up.
- • Your primary focus will be on the operational execution of engagement strategies, seamless stakeholder coordination, and fostering robust internal alignment, rather than independently defining strategy or managing executive relationships.

- • You will be the linchpin in strengthening Axon’s vital relationships with senior public safety leaders, ensuring continuity and impact across a spectrum of interactions, from individual meetings to large-scale events.
- • Your diligent work will directly translate executive interactions into sustained engagement, thereby supporting the broader adoption and success of Axon’s comprehensive ecosystem.
- • Key responsibilities include the comprehensive planning and execution of executive engagements, meticulously preparing briefing materials, conducting thorough background research, developing detailed stakeholder profiles, and assembling all necessary meeting documentation.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date repository of executive engagement records, meticulously tracking stakeholder contacts, documenting engagement history, and clearly outlining agreed-upon next steps.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves coordinating internally with regional sales leaders, external consultants, and various cross-functional teams to ensure all engagement objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
- • You will actively assist in the meticulous organization and successful delivery of executive roundtables, forums, and other high-level meetings, managing all logistical aspects, developing agendas, and coordinating participant involvement.
- • A critical function is tracking the outcomes and action items stemming from executive engagements, ensuring that follow-up actions are executed in a timely manner and that internal stakeholders are kept fully informed.
- • You will support the coordination and administration of external advisors and consultants, ensuring their activities are in strict accordance with approved engagement plans and company policies.
- • In select instances, you may be delegated to represent Axon at important meetings or events, always accompanied and ensuring strict adherence to agreed-upon messaging and objectives.
- • A proactive approach to monitoring relevant public safety, regulatory, and market developments is essential to support engagement preparation and maintain crucial situational awareness.
- • You will contribute significantly to internal reporting, providing concise summaries and valuable insights derived from executive engagement activities.
- • Performance in this role will be measured by the consistent quality of executive engagements, ensuring they are thoroughly prepared, impeccably documented, and effectively followed through.
- • Accuracy and diligent maintenance of engagement records and stakeholder information are key performance indicators.
- • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders regarding effective coordination and communication is vital.
- • The professional and successful delivery of executive roundtables and events, executed precisely according to plan, will be a measure of success.
- • Timely, compliant, and priority-aligned coordination of consultants and advisors, as directed by leadership, is a critical performance metric.
- • Consistent application of established engagement processes and templates demonstrates operational excellence.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of global public safety innovation, working with a dedicated team committed to making a tangible difference in the world.
