- • As an Executive Casino Host at BetMGM Inc., you will drive casino profitability by developing strong long-term relationships with high-end customers and VIPs, aiming to extract maximum value within their respective brands.
- • Day to day, you will maintain and establish relationships with current and potential guests, engage players to promote BetMGM and increase visit frequency, respond to guest inquiries, manage hospitality events and communications, maintain a personalized player database, generate incremental gaming revenue, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering industry-leading customer service.
- • BetMGM is a partnership between MGM Resorts International and Entain Group, revolutionizing sports betting and online gaming in the U.S. and Canada with over 1,400 team members, committed to innovation, inclusivity, and delivering premium gaming experiences through brands like BetMGM Casino, Sportsbook, Borgata Online, and more.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in VIP relationship management, gaming industry trends, data-driven decision making through daily reporting and analysis, and strategic customer retention—positioning yourself for growth in hospitality, account management, or gaming operations leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma preferred in a related field
- • Proven experience in digital or land-based gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury hospitality, or account management
- • Relationship-driven, computer literate with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and telephone etiquette
- • Detail-oriented with effective time management, ability to work under pressure, and independently identify customer trigger points
- • Excellent knowledge of the gaming industry and experience hosting customers in a hospitality environment
- • Ability to travel and attend off-property events as needed
