- • As an Executive Recruiter Lead at USAA, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for complex, niche, and strategically critical roles, serving as a strategic hiring partner to senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions for senior and executive positions.
- • Day to day, you will lead talent acquisition for senior and executive roles, design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using AI-enabled tools, conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, manage offer negotiations with Compensation and Legal, mentor junior recruiters, manage search firm partnerships, and use recruiting analytics to inform hiring strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- • 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including managing senior-level or leadership recruitment with exposure to complex, niche, or business-critical roles
- • Demonstrated experience developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies and leveraging talent market insights to inform hiring decisions
- • Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies including the ability to optimize workflows, leverage data insights, and influence best practices
