• • As an Executive Representative, Business Development at Carl Zeiss AG, you will drive sales growth and market expansion for ZEISS Vision products within the U.S. Independent Eye Care Professional (ECP) Channel, directly contributing to the company’s mission of advancing sustainable innovation through cutting-edge optical technologies.
• • Day to day, you will conduct sales calls with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians; develop territory-specific business plans; utilize Salesforce.com to track customer interactions and forecast sales; lead consultative selling conversations; deliver on-site training and educational seminars; support national marketing initiatives; mentor junior representatives; and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and program development.
