  • As an Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) for a dynamic U.S.-based law practice, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of a busy legal firm specializing in Business Law and Immigration Law. This role is pivotal in supporting attorneys by managing critical client interactions, optimizing lead generation processes, and maintaining robust client relationships through meticulous CRM and administrative support.
  • Your primary focus will be on enhancing the firm's efficiency and client satisfaction by acting as a proactive and resourceful partner to the legal team. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the entire lead lifecycle, from initial inquiry to client onboarding, ensuring no opportunity is missed and every potential client receives timely and professional attention.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve the diligent management and updating of the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
