  • • Own the full revenue engine across a portfolio of mature, monetizing platforms in social discovery and live-streaming, with end-to-end P&L accountability.
  • • Lead paid acquisition strategies across both mobile and web channels, optimizing spend, ROI, and user acquisition efficiency at scale.
  • • Design and execute monetization strategies that maximize revenue per user while maintaining platform engagement and user experience.
  • • Drive product growth experiments to identify new revenue streams, improve conversion funnels, and enhance lifetime value across user segments.
  • • Analyze and optimize unit economics across all revenue-generating activities, ensuring sustainable profitability and scalable growth.
  • • Collaborate directly with the CEO, Head of Marketing, Head of Data Science & AI, and five Product Owners to align revenue goals with product roadmaps and data-driven insights.
  • • Translate business objectives into actionable revenue initiatives, balancing short-term performance with long-term platform health.
  • • Cut through bureaucracy to implement fast, data-backed decisions that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • • Monitor key performance indicators across acquisition, retention, and monetization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in real time.
  • • Build and lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate marketing, product, and data teams to create cohesive revenue growth strategies.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of user behavior across North America, Europe, LATAM, and MENA markets to tailor monetization and acquisition tactics by region.
  • • Ensure all revenue initiatives are aligned with company-wide profitability goals, leveraging existing operational efficiency and scalable infrastructure.
  • • Serve as the primary revenue strategist for the company, reporting directly to the CEO and influencing high-level business decisions.
  • • Evaluate emerging monetization models and platform features to stay ahead of market trends in social discovery and live-streaming.
  • • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and rapid iteration within the revenue growth team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience owning P&L for digital platforms with complex monetization models
  • • Expertise in paid acquisition across mobile and web channels with demonstrated ROI optimization
  • • Deep understanding of unit economics and revenue growth levers in social discovery or live-streaming products
  • • Experience collaborating directly with C-suite executives, product leaders, and data science teams
  • • Track record of driving revenue growth through product-led experiments and data-driven decision-making
  • • Ability to operate in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments with high autonomy
