  • • Serve as the front end of the sales funnel by qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other outreach channels.
  • • Schedule qualified meetings and create sales opportunities for the account executive team to close.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
  • • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support campaign execution, event follow-ups, and pipeline generation initiatives.
  • • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and key decision-makers to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics and pipeline generation targets.
  • • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, effectively communicating Transfr’s value proposition and mission-driven solutions.
  • • Operate in a fully remote environment while maintaining high levels of self-discipline, accountability, and responsiveness.
  • • Travel 4–8 times per year (or more) within your assigned territory to support in-person prospecting, events, or client meetings.
  • • Adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities and rapid feedback cycles.
  • • Leverage CRM data to identify trends, optimize outreach strategies, and provide insights to improve sales efficiency.
  • • Demonstrate resilience in handling objections and a natural curiosity to understand customer pain points and industry challenges.
  • • Align daily activities with Transfr’s mission to create immersive training simulations that empower learners to access in-demand careers.
  • • Participate in company-wide initiatives focused on innovation, learning, and equitable access to career opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
  • • Experience working in a SaaS environment
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets
