- • This is an experienced garage door installer role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, offering a clear path to six-figure income in a growing market with a new location opening in Cherry Hill/Mount Laurel, PA in May 2026.
- • You will install, repair, and maintain residential garage doors for customers, including removing old doors, assembling mechanical parts, installing springs and hardware, running wiring, lubricating systems, testing functionality, and educating customers on upgrades while ensuring satisfaction and documenting all activities.
- • A1 Garage Door Service LLC is a reputable, growing company investing in new markets and providing comprehensive training through its A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, AZ, where you’ll refine your skills and learn company systems, customer experience protocols, and tools—all while being paid during training with flights and accommodations covered.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as a garage door installer (3+ years qualifies for $10K sign-on bonus)
- • Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
- • Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, lift garage door panels overhead, bend, climb, kneel, stand for long periods, and work on ladders
- • Expertise with power and hand tools, plus basic proficiency with navigation apps, tablets, and computers
- • Professional appearance, reliability, trustworthiness, self-motivation, and willingness to learn and deliver quality work with zero call-backs
