  • • As an Experienced Virtual Timeshare Sales Executive, you will drive revenue by delivering personalized, consultative sales presentations to prospective and existing owners using screen-sharing technology, directly contributing to Hilton Grand Vacations’ sales goals and customer retention.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual sales appointments, following up on leads and referrals, customizing presentations based on customer needs, managing contract completion, and maintaining post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • • You will be part of a dynamic, remote-first sales team supporting Hilton Grand Vacations’ mission to deliver exceptional vacation ownership experiences, operating with autonomy while aligned to company-wide sales objectives and customer satisfaction standards.
  • • In this role, you will refine your consultative selling skills, master CRM and virtual presentation tools, deepen your expertise in timeshare and vacation ownership products, and build a track record of performance that can lead to increased earnings, leadership opportunities, or specialization in high-value customer segments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High school diploma or GED
  • • Proficiency in English and computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • • Active and in-good-standing real estate or timeshare sales license where required by law
  • • Two or more years of face-to-face timeshare sales experience (preferred)
  • • Experience with virtual sales methodology and screen-sharing technology (preferred)
  • • Availability to work scheduled shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:30AM–6:30PM PST and Wednesday 1:30PM–9:30PM PST
