- • The Experiential Learning Placements Specialist IV oversees complex placement logistics, including sites requiring special portal access or paper-based applications, and conducts year-round outreach to source and manage sites, ensuring learners are cleared through onboarding with guidance to Specialist I staff.
- • Day to day, the role involves securing experiential learning placements at assigned and prospective sites, managing placements for sites with special portals or paper-based applications, conducting year-round outreach to existing and prospective sites, initiating real-time requests with new sites, maintaining communication for partnership satisfaction, overseeing and guiding Specialist II staff, monitoring site onboarding and communication requirements, updating shared digital interfaces, participating in cross-functional projects, ensuring data integrity in portals and CRM systems, supporting pre- and post-semester placement projects, and escalating critical issues to leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certification
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in placement coordination or educational operations
- • Strong communication, customer service, and professional correspondence skills
- • Experience managing complex or non-standard placement processes
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and placement portals
