đź“‹ Description

  • • As an Expert Business Systems Analyst at Acxiom LLC, you will serve as the pivotal bridge between our valued clients and our internal delivery teams. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements that guide the entire project lifecycle.
  • • You will lead critical business analysis efforts, acting as a champion for stakeholder needs and ensuring that all proposed and implemented solutions not only align perfectly with client objectives but also leverage Acxiom's unique capabilities to their fullest potential.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves selecting and championing the most effective requirement initiative approaches, securing buy-in from both stakeholders and project teams. You will possess the acumen to adapt these approaches as necessary, applying an appropriate level of rigor to ensure successful outcomes.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, proactively engaging them and setting clear expectations to foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving project goals.
  • • Beyond addressing immediate business needs, you will proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth, consulting with stakeholders to explore and develop these areas of potential.
  • • Establishing robust metrics and measurements will be crucial for tracking, assessing, and reporting on the quality of business analysis work. This data-driven approach will help pinpoint areas for improvement and identify potential solutions within our Requirements Management practices and processes.
  • • You will be responsible for conceptualizing recommended solutions, clearly articulating new capabilities, boundaries, dependencies, constraints, and assumptions from a business perspective to stakeholders. Close collaboration with Solution Architects will be essential to validate that proposed solutions meet the client’s technical requirements as well.
  • • A deep understanding of the business architecture—encompassing structure, people, processes, and technology—that underpins an organization’s strategy is vital. You will assess enterprise business capabilities and identify gaps that might hinder the achievement of desired outcomes.
  • • In this senior capacity, you will own high- and moderate-complexity initiatives, providing formal mentorship and oversight for colleagues working on lower-complexity tasks.
  • • You will be recognized as a subject matter expert, aligning your expertise with Acxiom's strategic direction and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • • This role demands deep knowledge of both client and Acxiom business and technical environments, coupled with expertise in Acxiom Delivery Methodology, Requirements Engineering, and Change Management.
  • • A strong understanding of Acxiom's tools, organizational structure, and culture is essential for effective collaboration and execution.
  • • You will also possess a working knowledge of Acxiom's diverse range of products, services, and solutions, enabling you to effectively position and implement them.
  • • Familiarity with industry standards and methodologies such as ISO, CMMI, and LEAN will be highly beneficial in applying best practices to your work.
  • • You will conduct in-depth data analysis using code languages like SQL, Python, or R, and possess high-level knowledge of data quality, database concepts, analysis, and rule/code development.
  • • Experience working with Big Data environments, such as Snowflake or GCP, is expected, along with a strong understanding of appropriate software for data management, modeling, or analysis.
  • • Your ability to identify efficiency improvements and troubleshoot complex data issues will be critical.
  • • Knowledge of third-party data (demographic and modeled data), audience selection, and segmentation strategies will be a significant asset.
  • • You will leverage strong communication and presentation skills to effectively lead complex projects and communicate across all levels within both internal and external teams.
