- • The Expert General Virtual Assistant role supports a US-based law firm and LSAT tutoring business by managing administrative, operational, and client-facing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and enable business growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing documents and spreadsheets, data entry for lead lists and meeting minutes, researching and building referral source databases, managing marketing and sales campaign tracking, filtering calls and emails, coordinating calendars, setting up communication systems like RingCentral, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills with a warm, professional tone suited to US business culture
- • Solid organizational and time management abilities, including calendar coordination and task prioritization
- • Ability to work a graveyard shift (9AM–6PM CST)
- • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Calendar, cloud services, desktop sharing, and VoIP systems like RingCentral
- • Ideal candidate has prior experience in legal or sales support environments
