- • Finance & Strategy Associate role supporting data-driven decision making in Deliveroo’s Dubai team, contributing to performance tracking and strategic insights for a global food delivery platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining performance datasets, ensuring report accuracy, populating weekly business review templates, analyzing key metrics, identifying trends and variances, drafting fact-based commentary, tracking performance against targets, and summarizing findings for leadership.
- • Part of the Finance & Strategy team within Deliveroo Holdings plc, now part of DoorDash, operating in a high-impact, fast-moving three-sided marketplace serving millions of customers, riders, and partners.
- • Opportunity to develop analytical and reporting skills, gain exposure to global business operations, and grow within a finance and strategy function through ownership of meaningful projects and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and pivot tables
- • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances
- • Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving
- • Clear and concise written communication skills
