📋 Description

• As a Fachkoordinator:in Beatmung (m/w/d) at ResMed, you are responsible for the professional coordination and planning of designated field service assignments related to ventilation care in your assigned region, ensuring optimal patient support and service delivery.
• You will manage order clarifications with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the key interface between patients, sales, field service, order processing, and dispatch departments.
• You handle administrative region-specific tasks related to the care of ventilation patients, including maintaining care and supply concepts and managing patient administration in your region.
• You will coordinate regional deployment planning for field service staff, plan and optimize service routes, monitor scheduled tours, and ensure efficient workforce utilization in close collaboration with central dispatch.
• You will support patient care through telephone appointment scheduling and ongoing patient supervision, while contributing to process improvements such as digital discharge pathways.
• You will gain certification as a Medizinprodukteberater:in for sleep therapy during onboarding and have access to continuous learning via LinkedIn Learning and other professional development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a recognized medical education or vocational training in a healthcare-related field.
• Several years of professional experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in dispatch, field service planning, or patient support.
• Ideal experience as a Medizinprodukteberater:in in respiratory therapy, ventilation, or diagnostics.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems; familiarity with Navision, FLS visitour, Alberta, or KUMA Vision is advantageous.
