📋 Description
• The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide virtual, evidence-based care for children and adults with eating disorders as part of Equip Health’s multidisciplinary treatment team, playing a critical role in delivering accessible, high-quality treatment across all 50 states.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a high-volume patient caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, implementing medication treatment plans via telehealth, collaborating with therapists, dietitians, physicians, and mentors, utilizing between-session messaging through Equip EMR, and participating in treatment team and supervision meetings.

• In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will deepen expertise in eating disorder care, gain experience in virtual multidisciplinary collaboration, receive reimbursement for licensing and continuing education, and contribute to a culture of DEIB while advancing clinical skills through training in modalities like Family-Based Treatment and CBT-ARFID valued at over $3,000 annually.
🎯 Requirements
• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Oregon license (must be actively licensed in Oregon)
• 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Ability to maintain active FNP license and pursue cross-licensing (costs covered by Equip)
• Ability to provide 30 hours/week of direct patient care availability, including 12 hours after 2 pm in patient’s time zone and two evenings until 6 pm per week
