- • As a Field Account Representative for Healthcare Accounts, you will drive profitable sales growth by selling MRO and janitorial supplies to an established portfolio while prospecting new accounts and expanding opportunities with current customers in Des Moines, Iowa and surrounding areas.
- • Day to day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong sales relationships with key decision makers, managing sales volume with existing customers, actively prospecting and acquiring new customers, developing strategic sales plans, sharing market insights, collaborating with leadership on market trends, attending business meetings and trade shows, and representing the organization at regional or national events.

- • In this role, you can develop expertise in consultative/solution selling, strategic account management, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), market analysis, and sales strategy execution while building long-term customer relationships and achieving or exceeding yearly sales goals with competitive base salary plus sales incentive bonus.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proactive sales professional with organizational skills
- • Ability to prioritize selling activities and administrative tasks
- • Experience with consultative/solution selling preferred
- • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- • BS/BA in a related discipline with 2-5 years of related experience OR MS/MA with 2-4 years of related experience
