- • The Field Application Manager Southwest role is critical to driving demand and market penetration for Prysmian’s Industrial & Construction wire and cable products across the Southwest U.S. territory, supporting five representatives in 8.5 states by aligning technical expertise with sales strategy to create a pull-through effect in the marketplace.
- • Day to day, the role involves analyzing territory performance, developing and executing Individual Territory Plans with defined call frequency and timing, providing technical support to representatives, coordinating with product managers and commercial leaders on market intelligence, collaborating with channel partners to eliminate duplication, delivering product training, and acting as a trusted advisor to contractors, architects/engineers, and end-users by influencing specifications and purchasing decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS or ME/EE preferred
- • 5-7 years Electrical Industry experience or 3-5 years Wire & Cable experience
- • Valid driver’s license
- • Existing relationships with Contractors, Architect/Engineers, and/or End-users preferred
- • Strong PC skills with intermediate+ proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with situational EQ and ability to deliver clear, concise, and consistent information
