• We are seeking dynamic and licensed real estate professionals to join our network as Field Flex Agents, operating as 1099 Independent Contractors across key Florida metropolitan areas including Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, and Fort Lauderdale. • As a Field Flex Agent, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of critical tasks that support the lifecycle of single-family rental properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, from initial property assessments and routine maintenance checks to facilitating key exchanges and supporting transaction processes. • Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting thorough property walk-throughs to assess condition, identify potential issues, and document findings with meticulous detail.
• Performing regular weekly property checks to ensure security, upkeep, and compliance with any specific client requirements.
• Facilitating home visits for various purposes, such as inspections, vendor coordination, or client meetings, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Attending and managing vendor meetings, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Executing tasks related to the contract-to-close process, which may involve document verification, coordination with relevant parties, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Installing and managing lockboxes, ensuring secure and efficient access to properties.
• Performing other property-related tasks as assigned, requiring a keen eye for detail and adherence to established protocols.
• You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, providing Mainstay and its customers with the vital real-world data and services needed to make informed decisions in the dynamic single-family rental market.
• This role demands a high degree of self-sufficiency, reliability, and a proactive approach to task management. You will be expected to manage your workflow independently, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the stipulated timeframes.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience in real estate transactions, such as traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain meticulous documentation, and handle assignments with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS, with the ability to navigate and utilize multiple software platforms effectively.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to and from property locations for assigned tasks.
• Access to a functional smartphone and a personal computer equipped with internet connectivity for task management, communication, and reporting.
