Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of high-impact field marketing programs across North America that directly accelerate pipeline growth and revenue for Lookout’s mobile security platform.
- • Design and deliver a quarterly calendar of targeted regional events, executive roundtables, industry conferences, partner roadshows, and ABM experiences that put Lookout in front of CISOs, security architects, and mobile-first enterprises.
- • Partner tightly with Enterprise and Commercial sales VPs to identify top-tier accounts, map buying committees, and craft bespoke in-person and virtual engagements that move six- and seven-figure opportunities through the funnel.
- • Translate complex cybersecurity narratives into crisp, business-outcome messaging and creative activations that stand out on crowded trade-show floors and in executive briefing centers.
- • Manage a seven-figure annual budget, negotiate vendor contracts, and track ROI down to cost-per-lead, pipeline influence, and closed-won attribution—presenting findings to the CMO and GTM leadership every month.
- • Build and mentor a distributed team of regional field marketers, event coordinators, and SDRs; establish playbooks, SLAs, and repeatable processes that scale across time zones and territories.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch new features and threat-intel reports at marquee events such as RSA, Black Hat, and Gartner Security & Risk Summit, ensuring every keynote, booth demo, and private dinner ladders up to a unified story arc.
- • Leverage Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense to segment audiences, trigger follow-up nurtures, and deliver real-time dashboards that keep sales, finance, and exec stakeholders aligned on performance.
- • Champion a data-driven experimentation culture—A/B test invitation cadences, gifting strategies, and post-event content syndication to continuously lift response rates and accelerate velocity.
- • Serve as Lookout’s brand ambassador in the cybersecurity community, cultivating relationships with industry analysts, press, and regional ISSA/ISC² chapters to amplify thought leadership and earned media coverage.
- • Coordinate cross-functional “surround-sound” campaigns with Demand Gen, Digital, Channel, and Customer Success teams so every webinar, case study, and renewal QBR reinforces the field narrative and expands the customer footprint.
- • Ensure flawless logistical execution: venue sourcing, catering, swag, signage, speaker prep, travel, compliance approvals, and on-site troubleshooting—delivering white-glove experiences that wow prospects and customers alike.
- • Monitor competitive intel and regional market dynamics to recommend new event formats and emerging channels (podcast sponsorships, esports lounges, CISO peer dinners) that keep Lookout ahead of the curve.
- • Report directly to the VP of Global Demand Generation and sit on the extended GTM leadership team, influencing company-wide go-to-market priorities and annual planning cycles.
