📋 Description

• As a Field Marketing Manager at Cision Ltd., you will drive growth and demand for Cision’s solutions across the EMEA region by activating trade and owned events and creating B2B lead generation campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
• Day to day, you will develop integrated demand programs aligned with audience-centric themes and the buying cycle, execute regional field marketing campaigns (including trade shows, webinars, email, and direct marketing), measure and optimize campaign performance using lead generation and conversion metrics, and collaborate closely with EMEA sales and marketing teams to refine lead handoff processes and optimize conversion paths.
• You will join a global team at Cision, a leader in PR, marketing, and social media management technology, where curiosity, collaboration, and innovation are championed, and your contributions will directly impact the brands we accelerate across 24 countries in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B demand generation, event marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Eloqua and Salesforce, and advancing your ability to drive measurable business outcomes such as MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing, PR, or business
• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience with specific expertise in event marketing, content marketing, multi-touch campaigns, demand generation, and multi-channel strategies
• Experience with A/B testing, inbound and outbound marketing tactics, and platforms such as AEM, Eloqua, and SFDC (or similar)
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams to solicit feedback, ensure lead quality, and optimize the marketing-to-sales lead handoff
• Demonstrated track record of generating innovative content and campaigns that exceed target goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and creative abilities
