Field Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Field Marketing Manager at Ema Unlimited, Inc., you will own and execute the company’s on-the-ground presence at industry events, tradeshows, executive dinners, and sponsored programs across the United States, serving as the connective tissue between BDR, Sales, AI Strategy, Product Marketing, and Design teams to turn live experiences into qualified pipeline.
• • Day to day, you will plan, manage, and execute end-to-end logistics for conferences and events, manage on-site operations including booth design, staffing, signage, swag, shipping, A/V, catering, and speaker logistics, evaluate sponsorship opportunities, negotiate vendor contracts, manage event budgets, collaborate with BDR and Sales on target account alignment and lead handoff, coordinate with AI Strategists, Product Marketing, and Design on demos and messaging, and track and report on event performance metrics to optimize ROI and pipeline influence.
• • Ema is building the world’s largest agentic AI platform to revolutionize enterprise productivity, backed by over $60M from investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, Sheryl Sandberg, and Dustin Moskovitz, with a team of engineers from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, Okta, Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs, operating at the frontier of agentic AI in production.
• • In this role, you will develop end-to-end event execution expertise, sharpen cross-functional leadership in a high-growth AI startup, gain deep experience in B2B SaaS field marketing and pipeline attribution, and have the opportunity to build and scale programs from scratch in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where ownership and initiative are rewarded.
