- • Build and scale Further’s national field marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue from small and regional Senior Living operators across the U.S.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Further’s presence at regional, state, and niche Senior Living conferences and association events, including sponsorship selection, booth strategy, messaging, staffing, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- • Develop and manage the annual field marketing calendar and budget across all regions, prioritizing events based on ROI and pipeline potential.
- • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align field marketing efforts with territories, target accounts, and revenue goals, ensuring events convert conversations into demos and sales opportunities.
- • Design field programs with event-specific CTAs, on-site meeting booking systems, and regional nurture campaigns to drive measurable pipeline and influenced revenue.
- • Track, report, and analyze event-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and ROI by event and region using data-driven metrics.
- • Create standardized playbooks for regional conferences, association events, and field activations, ensuring consistent brand messaging while allowing for regional customization.
- • Continuously test, learn, and optimize event formats, messaging, and participant engagement tactics to improve performance and scalability.
- • Serve as Further’s primary marketing liaison for regional and state Senior Living associations, cultivating long-term partnerships through sponsorships, speaking opportunities, workshops, and co-marketing initiatives.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to ensure field messaging aligns with GTM priorities, brand standards, and product positioning.
- • Maintain a high-quality, consistent brand presence at all events while tailoring communication to regional audience needs and market dynamics.
- • Operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, taking radical ownership of field marketing outcomes and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation
- • Experience owning national or multi-region field marketing programs
- • Proven ability to tie events directly to pipeline and revenue impact
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events, regions, and stakeholders
- • A data-driven mindset focused on ROI, pipeline, and outcomes rather than just activities
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy
