  • • Spearhead the strategic planning, development, and meticulous execution of all field marketing initiatives across the dynamic India and SAARC markets, driving both direct engagement and indirect channel partner activities.
  • • Collaborate intimately with the India sales leadership and the global marketing team to architect and implement a comprehensive annual field marketing plan, complemented by agile quarterly programs designed to directly support the sales team in achieving ambitious pipeline and revenue targets for the India and SAARC regions.
  • • Take ownership of the end-to-end management of field events, encompassing both physical and digital platforms. This includes developing and executing robust pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategies to maximize attendee engagement, optimize response rates, and ensure a demonstrable return on investment (ROI).
  • • Oversee and execute the strategic deployment of MDF (Market Development Funds) for partner marketing activities within the India and SAARC territories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and partner success.
  • • Partner closely with the global demand generation, social media, and public relations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs within the India and SAARC markets, driving optimal campaign performance and impactful results.
  • • Manage and maintain accountability for the field marketing budget allocated to the India and SAARC markets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective program delivery.
  • • Work in close coordination with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to ensure the timely and effective follow-up of sales leads generated from in-market marketing programs, maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive superior ROI.
  • • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and third-party vendors, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing programs and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • • Develop compelling new customer and partner case studies, along with impactful video testimonials, specifically tailored for the India market to showcase success stories and build credibility.
  • • Provide dedicated support for pan-APJ (Asia Pacific Japan) marketing programs on a functional or project-specific basis, as required, contributing to broader regional marketing efforts.
  • • Drive the recruitment and enablement of channel partners through targeted marketing initiatives, fostering stronger relationships and expanding market reach.
  • • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with SonicWall's brand guidelines and strategic objectives, maintaining a consistent and powerful brand presence across all touchpoints.
  • • Leverage market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth within the India and SAARC regions.
  • • Foster a collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and channel management to ensure integrated and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the cybersecurity industry and the specific markets of India and SAARC, to continuously innovate and improve marketing efforts.
  • • Analyze the effectiveness of different marketing channels and tactics, making data-informed decisions to allocate resources to the most impactful activities.
  • • Develop and nurture relationships with key media contacts and influencers in the India and SAARC regions to enhance SonicWall's visibility and thought leadership.
  • • Coordinate logistics and execution for various marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, webinars, and partner events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all participants.
  • • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales enablement tools tailored to the needs of the India and SAARC markets, empowering the sales team and partners with effective resources.
  • • Measure and report on the performance of field marketing programs against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
  • • Proactively identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in program execution, implementing timely solutions to ensure project success.
  • • Champion the partner-first approach, ensuring marketing programs effectively support and empower SonicWall's channel ecosystem.
  • • Drive customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to nurture existing relationships and attract new customers.
  • • Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and company policies in the execution of marketing activities.
