đź“‹ Description
- • As a Field Marketing Manager at Flagright, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s market presence across EMEA by designing and executing high-impact, sales-aligned field marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Based in London, you will serve as the strategic and operational hub for regional marketing efforts, ensuring that Flagright’s AI-powered financial crime compliance platform gains visibility and traction among Fortune 500 companies, banks, fintechs, and high-growth startups.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on owning the full lifecycle of field marketing programs—from strategy and planning to execution and optimization—working closely with Sales, GTM, and ABM teams to ensure alignment and maximum impact. You will develop and execute field marketing strategies tailored to target segments and sales goals, plan and manage customer roundtables, executive dinners, sponsored industry gatherings, and selective conference activations for priority accounts and regions. You will own the EMEA field calendar with London as your base, coordinate tightly with sales and marketing on invitation lists, messaging, and post-event follow-up, and ensure every event includes a pre-event plan, during-event execution plan, and post-event progression plan to measure ROI and inform future initiatives. You will also maintain local vendor relationships, define venue strategy, and uphold execution quality without falling into administrative overhead.
- • In addition to event marketing, you will develop and provide strategic direction for localized campaigns targeting regional and vertical audiences, launch email, social, and account-based marketing initiatives aimed at named accounts and high-value segments, create program briefs, assets, and collateral that support campaign objectives, and track and report field program performance and ROI. You will feed regional buyer and market insights back into campaign planning and content needs to ensure messaging remains relevant and effective.
- • You will also build and nurture relationships with key ecosystem partners, industry associations, and community groups, support customer advocacy programs and reference generation activities, and help elevate Flagright’s brand in strategic accounts and target industries by fostering repeatable client and community relationships that improve access to enterprise buyers.
- • Flagright operates as a lean, high-performance team with a culture of ownership, direct access to leadership, and minimal bureaucracy. You will work alongside top-tier talent from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir in an environment that values resourcefulness, resilience, and rapid learning. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in B2B field marketing within a high-growth AI startup, refine your strategic and execution skills in a fast-paced setting, and contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven company combating financial crime on a global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of B2B field or demand marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- • Proven project management skills with hands-on experience running events, field programs, and integrated marketing initiatives
- • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline contribution through strategic, data-informed marketing campaigns
- • Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute effectively with minimal direction
- • Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and driving alignment among stakeholders
- • Based in or near London with the legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Equity from day one in a Y Combinator-backed startup with clear product differentiation in the financial crime compliance space
- • Opportunity to work alongside a high-caliber team including professionals from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir in a low-bureaucracy, asynchronous work culture
- • High-bar environment focused on execution, continuous learning, and measurable improvement
- • Direct access to leadership and high individual ownership in a fast-moving, mission-driven organization
- • Chance to make a tangible impact in the fight against financial crime while growing your career in a dynamic, innovative setting
