- • Field Marketing Manager at Flagright Inc. is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline growth across North America through targeted field marketing initiatives. This role is critical to scaling Flagright’s market presence by aligning marketing execution with sales objectives to accelerate pipeline velocity and enhance brand positioning in key verticals and accounts.
- • Day to day, the Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned to target segments and sales goals; plan, manage, and execute events, customer roundtables, and sponsored industry gatherings; partner with the Sales team to drive event outreach, follow-up, and pipeline conversion; own the North America field calendar; run executive dinners, roundtables, and selective conference activations for priority accounts and regions; coordinate tightly with sales, GTM, and ABM on invitation strategy and post-event nurturing; ensure every major event has pre-, during-, and post-event plans; own local vendor relationships, venue strategy, and execution quality without becoming an events administrator; develop and provide strategic direction for campaigns focused on regional and vertical audiences; launch localized email, social, and account-based marketing initiatives targeting named accounts and high-value segments; create program briefs, assets, and collateral supporting campaign objectives; track and report field program performance and ROI; feed regional buyer and market insights back into campaign planning and content needs; build relationships with key ecosystem partners, associations, and community groups; support customer advocacy programs, success stories, and reference generation activities; help elevate Flagright’s brand in strategic accounts and target industries; and build repeatable client and community relationships that improve access to enterprise buyers.
- • The Marketing team at Flagright drives brand presence across target markets through customer engagements and integrated campaigns, championing the company’s story, driving pipeline acceleration, and helping customers discover value through strategic, impactful programs. Operating as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership, the team thrives on resourcefulness, fast learning, and a no-BS culture focused on building something important in the fight against financial crime.
- • In this role, the Field Marketing Manager will develop deep expertise in B2B field marketing within the high-growth fintech and compliance space, gain end-to-end ownership of integrated campaigns from strategy to measurement, refine skills in cross-functional alignment with sales and GTM teams, build a measurable track record of pipeline contribution and ROI, and grow as a strategic marketer capable of operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment—positioning them for senior marketing leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of B2B field or demand marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
- • Strong project management capability with experience running events and field programs
- • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline contribution through integrated marketing initiatives
- • Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to execute with minimal direction
- • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders
- • Based in New York with right to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Product with clear, real-world differentiation
- • High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement
- • Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup
- • Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir
- • Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture
