- • As a Field Marketing Manager for North America at Cority, you will drive regional marketing initiatives that support sales growth and brand visibility across the U.S. and Canada, playing a critical role in generating pipeline and accelerating deal velocity in key markets.
- • You will plan, execute, and measure localized marketing campaigns including field events, trade shows, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and customer advocacy efforts, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategy while adapting to regional buyer behaviors and sales cycles.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to develop targeted go-to-market plans, manage regional budgets, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and lead quality.
- • You will represent Cority at industry events and customer engagements, building relationships with prospects and partners while gathering market intelligence to inform messaging, positioning, and future product marketing efforts.
- • You will report on campaign performance and regional marketing impact, providing regular updates to leadership on pipeline contribution, event effectiveness, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, preferably in technology or SaaS
- • Proven success in planning and executing field events, trade shows, webinars, and account-based marketing campaigns
- • Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with comfort presenting to internal teams and external audiences
- • Ability to travel up to 30% within North America for events and customer engagements
