- • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies across PolicyMe’s product portfolio, including Life & Critical Illness, Health & Dental, and Home & Auto insurance products.
- • Define target customer segments for each product line by analyzing behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data to identify high-value audiences and unmet needs.
- • Determine the most effective messaging, positioning, and value propositions to resonate with each customer segment and drive conversion.
- • Identify and prioritize the most profitable channels for customer acquisition, including digital advertising, partnerships, content marketing, and referral programs.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and data teams to align GTM strategies with product roadmaps and customer insights.
- • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key growth metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and retention.
- • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real time, adjusting budgets, messaging, and channel mix to maximize ROI.
- • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition tactics of key players in the Canadian insurance space.
- • Translate strategic insights into actionable plans with clear timelines, ownership, and success metrics for execution by operational teams.
- • Present strategic recommendations and performance results to the VP of Growth and senior leadership, influencing product and marketing priorities.
- • Stay current on trends in digital insurance, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes affecting the Canadian insurance market.
- • Scale successful GTM frameworks across new customer segments and product launches while maintaining profitability and brand consistency.
- • Own the end-to-end strategy for entering new markets within Canada, ensuring alignment with local regulations, cultural nuances, and customer expectations.
- • Work remotely as part of a remote-first team but must be based in the Greater Toronto Area to support collaboration and local market understanding.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams, helping shape product features and offerings based on market demand and customer feedback.
- • Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term tactical execution to ensure sustained growth momentum.
