This role is pivotal in shaping how the world perceives our company's transformative role in modern healthcare. The Communications team is tasked with developing and executing strategies that not only raise awareness but also foster deep brand love, cultivate unwavering trust and loyalty, and ultimately drive the adoption of our innovative products and services. Our collective objective is to discover and implement creative, compelling, and impactful ways to educate, inform, and inspire a global audience about the Hims & Hers ecosystem, as well as the broader healthcare industry.
• • In this critical position, you will be instrumental in driving and implementing a world-class communications strategy that ensures our customers, community, investors, and the general public can profoundly connect with the company’s overarching mission, its vibrant brand, and its ambitious vision. You will provide essential support for high-priority initiatives spanning consumer product launches, brand storytelling, and executive communications. Reporting directly to the VP of Consumer Product & International Communications, you will collaborate closely with senior members of the Communications department and our vital cross-functional partners, including marketing, product development, social media, and customer insights teams. Your expertise will be crucial in positioning Hims & Hers as an undisputed leader in healthcare innovation, exceptional design, and unparalleled consumer experience. Furthermore, you will play a key role in shaping both proactive and reactive communication strategies that effectively articulate how Hims & Hers is advancing healthcare through innovation, a consumer-first philosophy, and enhanced accessibility, with a particular emphasis on supporting our consumer products, social-led initiatives, securing new media placements, and reinforcing our core company brand narratives.

• • Key Responsibilities:
• • Champion and enhance a robust communications strategy designed to significantly increase appreciation for and understanding of Hims & Hers’ unique direct-to-consumer model, its profound consumer impact, and its growing brand resonance. This will be achieved through strategic communications initiatives, proactive press engagement, and the development of compelling online content.
• • Act as a core team member for critical announcements, strategic initiatives, and integrated campaigns that effectively promote our comprehensive platform, diverse treatment offerings, and exceptional consumer experience.
• • Take the lead in communications partnerships with the brand social team, ensuring our key communication priorities are vividly brought to life across social media channels and through impactful collaborations with influencers.
• • Work intimately with our esteemed team of healthcare professionals (doctors) to amplify and spotlight their expertise, innovative approaches to care, and dedication to patient well-being through Hims & Hers platforms and communications.
• • Skillfully draft and meticulously refine a wide array of communications materials related to consumer experience, emerging healthcare trends, brand aesthetics and design principles, and our distinct, innovative product offerings.
• • Provide essential support for in-person press and influencer events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful engagement.
• • Develop a comprehensive suite of communication materials, including strategic messaging frameworks, compelling scripts, professional press materials, and persuasive company presentations, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• • Diligently monitor public sentiment, evolving media cycles, and key consumer health trends to proactively inform strategy development and refine our narrative.
