📋 Description

• As a Social Media Manager at Lawhive Inc., you will own the end-to-end social content production for UK and US audiences, operating as both strategist and creator to amplify the company’s mission of making the law accessible through innovative AI-powered legal services.
• Day to day, you will execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms; develop weekly content concepts including short-form video, educational legal content, founder stories, and lawyer features; film and edit high-quality video content; design social graphics and motion assets; schedule and publish posts; write compelling captions; and monitor performance to run lightweight experiments and optimise based on insights.
• Lawhive is a regulated AI-native law firm headquartered in London with a successful US launch in 2025, backed by Google Ventures, Balderton Capital, and TQ Ventures, and recently secured $60M in Series B funding to drive international expansion and team growth through its frontier innovation lab, Lawhive Labs.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in blending legal storytelling with high-impact social media tactics, build a portfolio of brand-defining content series, sharpen your skills in video production and platform-specific optimisation, and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-scaling startup at the intersection of law and AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years experience in social media, content creation or brand marketing
• Proven experience creating high-performing short-form content
• Experience owning both strategy and execution
• Experience working in fast-paced startups or scale-ups preferred
• Bonus: Experience targeting US audiences
