Popl Technologies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Representative (FMR) to join our rapidly expanding team and spearhead our In-Person Go-To-Market strategy in Las Vegas.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, acting as the initial point of contact for potential clients and embodying the innovative spirit of Popl. Your primary mission will be to transform real-world interactions at trade shows, conferences, and other field events into tangible pipeline and revenue for the company.
- • Popl is revolutionizing how businesses leverage in-person events. Our AI-native platform is designed to capture, enrich, and sync leads with CRMs in real-time, ensuring that every badge scan translates into a high-quality, actionable lead. We are building the essential infrastructure that makes in-person Go-To-Market strategies measurable, scalable, and ultimately, revenue-driving.
- • As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be instrumental in qualifying inbound leads and proactively prospecting new accounts. This involves engaging prospects through a multi-channel approach, including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and crucially, face-to-face interactions at events.
- • You will be the crucial "first touch" for potential customers, taking the time to deeply understand their unique pain points and challenges. Your ability to clearly and compellingly articulate how Popl's cutting-edge platform can address these needs will be paramount to your success.
- • A core responsibility of this role is to drive pipeline growth by setting qualified meetings for our dedicated Account Executives. Your efforts will directly fuel our revenue engine and contribute significantly to Popl's ambitious growth trajectory.
- • A significant and exciting aspect of this role involves traveling to industry trade shows and conferences. You will represent Popl, network with potential clients, and be a brand ambassador in dynamic event environments.
- • Maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene is essential. You will be responsible for keeping our Salesforce database meticulously organized and up-to-date with accurate contact information and opportunity data, ensuring seamless follow-up and reporting.
- • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, providing valuable feedback from the field to continuously refine our messaging, improve our processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- • This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Business Development Representative (BDR), preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- • If you are excited about the prospect of traveling, networking extensively in person, and playing a critical role in helping innovative companies modernize their lead capture strategies at events, this is the opportunity for you.
- • You will be based in Las Vegas, a vibrant hub for industry events, and will be expected to attend conferences and events in the city frequently. Periodic travel to other locations may also be required.
- • We are looking for a self-starter with a proactive mindset, who is coachable, highly organized, and possesses an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Familiarity with essential sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo/Apollo, and LinkedIn is highly desirable, as it will enable you to hit the ground running.
- • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial for building rapport with prospects and effectively conveying Popl's value proposition.
- • Comfort with outbound outreach methodologies and a creative approach to prospecting will set you apart in identifying and engaging potential clients.
- • The ability to travel 1-2 times per month for events outside of your immediate location is expected, adding an element of dynamism to your role.
