- ⢠As the Field Educational Manager for CareScout Services, you will play a critical role in executing strategic initiatives and tactical clinical activities, overseeing educational and support needs of the clinical field team within the Field Partner Network to maintain highly engaged contracted clinical staff across all regions through open communication, robust training, and responsive support.
- ⢠You will perform quality assessments virtually and in person for providers, support network growth opportunities, drive implementation of assessment products through training and education, serve as a liaison for clinical clarifications and quality assurance, provide coaching and educational needs to the Field Team, assist with user support of the Field Network Portal platform, share clarification data and educational results with leadership, maintain open office hours for 1:1 assistance, and prepare and analyze quality results reports to present regional impact, with up to 25% travel as required.
