Field Officer

📋 Description

• • Field Officer role focused on managing product rollouts and building agent networks in Cameroon to support Wave’s mission of making Africa the first cashless continent by providing accessible, low-cost financial services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and training local agent networks, recruiting and onboarding users, ensuring agent compliance and quality, monitoring cash and float availability, conducting routine field visits to assess performance, managing underperforming agents, and serving as the primary contact for agency networks in assigned territories.
• • WaveMM1 LLC is a fast-growing fintech company operating across 9 African countries with a mission to deliver radically affordable financial services to underserved populations, backed by top-tier investors including Founders Fund, Sequoia, Stripe, and Y Combinator.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in financial inclusion, agent network management, field operations, and user adoption strategies while gaining hands-on experience in emerging markets and contributing directly to Wave’s expansion in Cameroon.
