- • As a Field Sales Consultant at Henry Schein, you will drive growth in the medical sales territory by identifying and onboarding new healthcare clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts across physician-owned clinics, labs, ambulatory surgery centers, and alternate care sites.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing territory-based sales strategies, conducting face-to-face visits with assigned accounts, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams (Telesales, Business Development, Surgical Solutions, etc.), and attending medical conferences and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- • You will join a collaborative, inclusive sales team at Henry Schein, a Fortune 500 leader in healthcare solutions, where teamwork and shared success are central to the culture, and your contributions directly support improved patient care and practice efficiency for medical providers.
- • In this role, you will develop strong consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in healthcare products and services, build lasting professional relationships, and achieve measurable sales growth through strategic territory management and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma; bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- • Prior sales experience, customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • PC proficiency including MS Word and Excel
- • Valid US Driver’s License (Motor Vehicle Check Required)
- • Ability to travel extensively within a designated geographic territory
- • Passion for building relationships and comfort with cold calling and meaningful customer conversations
