- • As a Field Development Representative (FSDR) at ServiceTitan, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a pivotal role in demonstrating the immense value of the ServiceTitan platform to potential customers.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify prospects within your assigned territory, ensuring they are a strong fit for our innovative solutions.
- • You will be empowered to creatively approach prospecting and customer engagement, developing unique strategies to build rapport and capture the attention of potential clients.
- • This role involves a blend of outbound sales activities and direct customer interaction, requiring you to be proactive and persistent in your outreach.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the ServiceTitan platform, tailoring your message to the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
- • You will be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, both in-person within your territory and virtually via Zoom, showcasing how ServiceTitan can revolutionize their business operations.
- • You will work in close partnership with a dedicated Field Sales Account Executive, collaborating to book high-quality on-site product demonstrations and strategizing the most effective path to closing deals.
- • For select opportunities, you will have the chance to own, manage, and drive the entire sales process from initial contact through to a successful close, gaining invaluable full-cycle sales experience.
- • Maintaining a meticulously organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log is crucial for tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
- • You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the ServiceTitan platform, its value propositions, and the industries we serve to effectively articulate our competitive advantages.
- • A significant part of your role will involve building and nurturing a robust pipeline of qualified leads within your designated geographic territory.
- • You will be trained and mentored extensively to hone your sales skills, with a clear path for career advancement within the ServiceTitan sales organization.
- • This position offers direct access to and close mentoring from your Field Sales Account Executive counterpart, who will guide you in developing the skills necessary to eventually transition into an Account Executive role.
