Your role as a Field Sales Executive will be instrumental in achieving this ambitious goal.
  • • As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Saltz in the vibrant Budapest culinary scene. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with chefs, restaurant owners, and kitchen managers, introducing them to the transformative benefits of the Saltz platform. This is a hands-on, field-based position where you will spend your days visiting establishments, understanding their unique sourcing challenges, and demonstrating how Saltz can simplify their operations, enhance their ingredient quality, and ultimately boost their creativity.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will involve actively seeking out and scheduling meetings with potential clients. We expect you to manage approximately 10-15 meetings per week, ensuring thorough follow-up to nurture leads and convert them into loyal Saltz users. You will be empowered to plan your weekly schedule, balancing outreach, client visits, and administrative tasks, all while working towards exceeding ambitious sales targets. A key part of your role will be conducting engaging demonstrations of our application, showcasing its user-friendly interface and powerful features directly within the restaurant environment.
  • • To ensure seamless collaboration and track your progress, you will diligently utilize our CRM system and other relevant tools. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your interactions, client feedback, and sales pipeline is crucial. We provide comprehensive training on our CRM, so even if you're new to sales tools, you'll be well-equipped to succeed. This data-driven approach allows the entire team to provide you with the best possible support and insights.
  • • We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a genuine understanding of the gastronomy world. Whether you have direct experience running a kitchen, managing a busy bar, or excelling in a high-end hospitality role like a concierge, your insights into the fast-paced demands of this industry will be invaluable.
