- • As a Field Sales Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg at DexCom, you will lead a team of 4 sales representatives and 1 educator, driving growth and execution excellence in the hospital market while ensuring tender readiness and cross-functional alignment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, managing account performance, leading tender response processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Operations), and executing commercial initiatives such as G7 migration and HCP engagement.
- • You will join a close-knit Benelux team focused on protecting and growing DexCom’s hospital base, accelerating G7 adoption, and navigating complex healthcare environments shaped by tender dynamics, EHR integration, and digital invoicing requirements.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic account management skills, gain deep expertise in MedTech tender processes, and grow your impact within a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a people leader or player-coach with ability to coach performance through clear objectives, structured cadence, field time, and practical development feedback.
- • Strong track record of sales success in healthcare or MedTech, with confidence operating in hospital stakeholder environments and managing longer-cycle accounts.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive tenders end-to-end, including translating requirements into workplans, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and delivering high-quality submissions under deadline pressure.
- • Strong commercial judgement balancing quality/value vs pricing in tender settings, with ability to assess competitive dynamics and business implications.
- • Analytical and CRM-fluent, comfortable using sales analytics to manage performance, forecast accurately, identify gaps, and prioritize effort.
- • Strong stakeholder management and matrix influence skills to mobilize internal partners (Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Operations, Finance/IT) to unblock execution.
- • Language capability to operate effectively across Belgium’s market (French, Dutch, English as needed for customer engagement and internal collaboration).
- • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience and 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
