  • • Drive measurable impact by linking sales growth to lives changed — each conversion enables access to credit, income generation, and financial services for the first time.
  • • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where systems are being built, requiring adaptability and a builder’s mindset.
  • • Work alongside a diverse, global team of 20+ nationalities committed to solving complex problems with no obvious answers yet.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Extensive progressive experience leading retail or field sales teams with a demonstrable record of exceeding performance targets while actively developing people.
  • • Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategy — spotting patterns early and turning insights into decisions that move outcomes.
  • • Established expertise in South African retail partnerships, including deep working knowledge of in-store dynamics, retailer relationships, and customer experience conversion.
  • • High tolerance for change and ambiguity, with a genuine appetite for figuring things out without a full map in fast-moving, building-phase environments.
  • • Track record of writing, testing, and refining playbooks in imperfect conditions — not waiting for existing systems to act.
