  • • As a Field Sales Representative at Addi S.A.S., you will drive the aggressive and sustainable expansion of Addi's partner network within the SMB segment through 100% cold prospecting and immediate in-field activation, serving as the most impactful growth engine in new territories.
  • • You will conduct daily targeted cold field sweeps to identify, contact, and close SMB merchants, ensuring immediate activation (first transaction) after signing to drive rapid GMV growth; master territory ownership through advanced mapping and commercial area analysis; execute the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing using a consultative pitch; maintain 100% accuracy and real-time logging of all sales activities in Salesforce; and build trust-based relationships with rigorous post-closing follow-up to guarantee partner activation within 48 hours.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold Field Sales Hunter roles (street sales/outbound acquisition), with significant exposure to high-volume or fast-paced industries (Fintech, Telecom, or B2B/Intangible Services highly valued)
  • • Proven ability to translate monthly GMV quota ($18K+) into a clear daily execution plan involving Territory Mapping and strategic time allocation to maximize visits and closings
  • • History of consistently over-executing sales quota (110%+) in purely outbound environments, demonstrating extreme resilience and discipline despite constant rejection
  • • Strong proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for strategic pipeline management, not just passive reporting, with demonstrated commitment to 100% accuracy and real-time logging of all sales activities
  • • Proven ability to rapidly build trust and rapport with business owners in cold settings, guiding conversation toward a rapid transactional close within the first or second visit
  • • Exceptional skill in post-closing follow-up to ensure Merchant completes first transaction (activation) within 48 hours, bridging sales and operational activation goals
